Welcome to the Urban League of Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast (ULPBCTC), a beacon of hope and progress in our community. Established in May 1973 by a dedicated group of concerned citizens committed to advancing the civil rights movement in Palm Beach County. The ULPBCTC has been a catalyst for positive change, working to expand access to opportunities and resources that help individuals, families, and communities achieve greater social and economic mobility. In 1974, the Urban League of Palm Beach County, as it was originally named, proudly became the 102nd affiliate of the National Urban League (NUL).
